Very professional and friendly staff. My in-home consultation was easy and Pam answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very lovely to deal with. My husband and I also came into the showroom to discuss more options and pricing. Unfortunately, we decided not to go ahead with our projects as we didn't have space in our budget after moving from Australia and having to buy everything from scratch. When I told Pam we weren't going ahead I wasn't expecting her to be so gracious and supportive which was really nice. She's kept our drawings on file so that we can revisit the projects further down the track. I found the whole experience great as Pam kept in touch but wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable and kind.

The drawings she was able to provide us while meeting us made the process so smooth in terms of making adjustments. The installers were great and very skilled.
